Elaine is a Life Coach who focuses on building positive relationships, whether at home or at the workplace.

Elaine has spent over 30 years in Christian Ministry empowering people to live victoriously in all aspects of their lives. She is passionate about emboldening people to find their true identity so that they can confidently walk in their calling to pursue a prosperous, abundant life. With a Bachelor’s of Art in both Psychology and Theology, Elaine combines practical knowledge and Biblical principles to powerfully speak into peoples’ lives. Her authentic approach to teaching and coaching enables people to open up. Using her expertise in Behavioural Learning Styles, she teaches people how to do relationships better by giving them an understanding of why people react and behave the way they do. Her vulnerability invites others to trust her so that she can identify the keys to unlock the doors to building positive relationships.

Elaine has developed leadership training curriculum, coordinated events and conferences, spoken on stages, and sat on boards for non-profit organizations. She has been Operations Manager, HR, and CEO in both ‘Non-Profit’ organizations and “For Profit” companies. No matter her role, her goal is to develop a community of like-minded and empowered people who understand their value and operate from a place of belonging.

Elaine also owns a construction company with her husband, Herb. They enjoy great relationships with their crews, clients, suppliers, and developers. Her husband has a great sense of humour which puts people at ease and opens the door for conversations. Herb and Elaine love doing life together. He also encourages Elaine to pursue her own dreams, creating time in their schedules for her to transform lives, something she is passionate about.

Elaine renews her mind by kayaking on glassy lakes, going for long walks by the river, hiking up mountains, or cooking, baking and eating delicious food with friends and family. She loves to make everything from scratch and has even published a book Hearthside Cooking: Seven Days of Homecooked Meals. It is full of stories of her life, where she got her recipes from, and how to make simply delicious meals and snacks.

Why Elaine Harder?

Relationships have always been important to Elaine and she is often seen as the liaison between employers and employees or parents and “children”; finding solutions, building team and creating space for healthy confrontation.

Elaine listens, guides, encourages, and supports those who are longing for deeper meaning and more positive relationships. She gives tools that build bridges to strengthen families and businesses.

As a woman of faith, one of Elaine’s life verses is found in 3 John 2 “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” Some translations use the word “prospering” instead of “getting along well”. Elaine believes there is a direct correlation between a prosperous soul and prosperous life.
